About the Role

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and purpose-driven Year 4 and Year 5 Primary Class Teachers who are ready to bring creativity into the classroom while growing professionally in an international setting.
As an Upper Primary educator, you will be more than a classroom teacher. You will be a learning designer, a mentor, and a role model for students transitioning into their crucial early adolescent years (Age group 8 to 11), delivering a holistic framework that values student wellbeing and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
- Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum frameworks.
- Instruct core global standards across English, Mathematics, Science, and Global Perspectives.
- Use formative and summative data-driven tracking to evaluate and support individual student progress.
- Integrate technology, interactive platforms, and modern pedagogical strategies seamlessly into daily lessons.
Student Experience & Wellbeing
- Build an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every student feels safe, respected, and motivated.
- Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and moral development during these crucial transition years.
- Identify diverse learning needs and collaborate on customized strategies to ensure meaningful student growth.
Community & Collaboration
- Partner closely with parents through proactive, clear communication to actively engage them in their child's academic journey.
- Collaborate with academic colleagues and the leadership team to continuously share resources and improve overall teaching practice.
- Contribute actively to school life by organizing extracurricular activities, specialized clubs, events, and educational trips.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education (or equivalent qualification with relevant experience).
- Curriculum Knowledge: Proven experience delivering the Cambridge Primary Framework (specifically targeting Years 4 and 5).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills in English.
- Skills: Excellent digital literacy, effective classroom management techniques for pre-adolescents, and strong cultural adaptability.
